ADD SCHOOL:

To add a school, log-on to the TRACS Management Resource Centre and click on "Configure" heading followed by the "Add School" heading.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

The following fields configure the school location from your G.I.S. system. It tells TRACS how the school is identified by the G.I.S. system. Enter this into the Map Name field.

Example: -79.12345 / 40.12345

Once you have entered the GIS location data, inform TRACS of the type of location data you have entered by selecting one of the choices in the "Type" field.
